- Gemstones & Setting: Expertise in hand-set micro-pavé techniques for semi-precious stones (agate, mother-of-pearl, tiger’s eye), crystals, pearls, and zirconia.
- Others: Sterling silver (925), pure copper.
Note: All materials comply with EU REACH and US CA Prop 65 regulations. Lead, cadmium, and nickel release tests are conducted to meet international jewelry safety standards.
2. What is your MOQ for custom jewelry manufacturing?
We offer flexible MOQs to support brands’ seamless transition from development to mass production:
- Regular designs: 30 pieces/pairs per style per color.
- Complex craftsmanship/custom molded styles: 200-500 pieces minimum (depending on complexity).
- Existing standard molds/stock components: 30 pieces/pairs minimum.
- Sample orders: 1 piece available.
- Advantage: Flexible MOQs ranging from 30 to 120 pieces to support brands in market testing.
3. How much does OEM jewelry production cost?
As an Sedex-audited factory, we deliver high cost-effectiveness through optimized supply chains. Pricing depends on materials, processes, plating, and quantity, typically ranging from $1 to $100.We will provide you with a free detailed quote—all we need is your design drawings, dimensions, and quantity.
4. Do you provide jewelry samples before bulk production?
Yes. We encourage pre-production samples to confirm quality.
- Existing Styles: One sample available at material cost + shipping (approximately ¥50–¥200), refundable upon bulk order placement.
- Custom Samples: Produced per drawings, subject to a prototyping fee (¥500-¥2000). Refundable upon reaching specified bulk order quantities.
- Lead Time: Existing samples ship within 2-3 days; custom samples require 7-15 days (including communication and confirmation).
5. What is your production lead time?
Leveraging our stable team and mature processes, we ensure reliable delivery:
- Standard Orders: Shipment within 25-45 days after payment confirmation.
- Complex Processes/Large Volumes: 30-60 days.
- Expedited Service: Can be shortened to 10-18 days (An additional 30% rush fee will be charged).
- Advantages: Standard lead time of approximately 25 days. Our team excels in customs clearance and maintains stable partnerships with UPS/FedEx for seamless global delivery.
6. What plating options do you offer?
1. Stainless Steel (PVD Vacuum Plating)
A Titanium (Ti) base layer is applied to ensure maximum adhesion and prevent peeling.
Standard: 0.03μm Custom: 0.06μm–0.1μm (High wear resistance) and passes 48–72 hour salt spray testing.
2. Brass & Alloy (Genuine Gold + E-Coating)
Genuine gold plating (0.03μm–3μm).Electrophoretic Coating (E-Coating) to prevent oxidation and fading.
3. Color & Finish Palette
Tones: 14K Gold, 18K Gold, Rose Gold, White Gold (Rhodium), Gun Black, and Antique Silver.
Styles: High-polish, Brushed, or Matte/Satin finishes.
4. Compliance & Safety
Hypoallergenic: All layers are nickel-free and pass nickel release testing.
Standards: Fully compliant with EU REACH and CA Prop 65.
7. How do you control quality in bulk production?
- Incoming Material Inspection: Random sampling of all metal/stone components.
- Initial Production Inspection: Confirmation of the first piece from each batch.
- In-Process Inspection: 100% self-inspection by dedicated personnel at critical stages (e.g., hand-setting) to ensure no risk of gemstone detachment.

8. Do you offer OEM and ODM jewelry services?
Comprehensive OEM/ODM support from concept to mass production:
- Design Customization: Create designs from provided sketches/samples with three free 3D revisions. Specialize in innovative combinations of leather, acrylic, and metal.
- Logo Customization: Laser engraving, mold embossing, or resin-filled logos.
- Packaging Customization: Velvet pouches, jewelry boxes, and cards with brand information printing.

9. What certifications and compliance documents can you provide?

- 2025 SEDEX/SMETA Audit Report
- Material certification / composition test reports.
- Electroplating layer thickness test reports.

10. What payment methods do you accept?
Domestic Clients: Corporate bank transfer (VAT invoices available).
International Clients:
- Wire Transfer T/T (30% deposit, balance paid before shipment).
