CAD files and AI-generated concepts are starting references: structure, dimensions and manufacturability must be reviewed before sampling. We can help define a production-ready specification; confirm the scope, fees and timing of CAD or modeling work before development starts.

OEM starts from your own design and specifications. ODM starts from a manufacturer-developed design that can be adapted for your brand. Tell us whether you need an original shape, changes to an existing style, or branding and packaging only.

Yes. Share your brand references, target customer, selling market, product category, target unit cost and planned quantities. Tell us which features matter most, such as weight, detail, finish or everyday durability. Recommendations should be reviewed together with feasibility, samples and a quotation rather than based only on how a reference image looks.

There is no single price for all products. Material, weight, dimensions, construction, tooling, stone setting, coating, finish, quantity, packaging and testing all affect cost. Send quantities by style and color and request comparable price tiers. Higher quantities may reduce unit cost, but discounts must be confirmed in the quote. Ask for sample, CAD or development, tooling, unit production, packaging, testing and freight charges to be itemized so you can compare the full project cost.

Sample fees are typically three times the unit price. Mold fees are generally quoted within USD 20–180, with a typical reference around USD 60, depending on complexity. These are reference amounts, not a fixed package price. Sample orders are 100% prepaid. Request separate confirmation of initial CAD, 3D-modeling and other development fees; the free CAD-revision allowance does not mean all initial modeling work is free. Refunds or credits against bulk orders are not automatic and must be agreed in writing.

Standard bulk terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment; samples are 100% prepaid. For orders of at least USD 5,000, a 30% / 30% / 40% arrangement is available by agreement. Ask which payment methods are accepted for your order and currency and use the details confirmed on the proforma invoice. Deferred payment or credit terms require separate approval and should not be assumed.

MOQ is calculated per style and per color:

• Standard orders: from 30 pieces or pairs.
• Selected trial projects: 30–120 pieces.
• Complex custom designs: may require 200–500 pieces.
• Samples: a single sample is available; 10-piece production orders are not a confirmed standard option.

For example, one style in gold and silver at 30 units each totals 60 units, subject to design confirmation.

For 30–50 pieces, mixed styles, size assortments or stock items, send the exact breakdown for approval. Different styles do not automatically combine toward one MOQ. Existing components and fewer variations can make a trial collection easier to develop.

Yes, a single sample is available. An existing-style sample helps assess a particular finish or construction, while a custom prototype is used to check your design, dimensions, fit and appearance. Samples are fully prepaid and typically charged at three times the unit price; tooling and additional tests should be quoted separately. Agree any wear or durability testing in advance, since a visual sample review alone does not verify long-term performance.

Three free CAD revisions are offered. Confirm extra design work before proceeding. Once tooling has started, changes to the approved structure may require additional tooling and labor, so check dimensions and important details during drawing review.

Logo and branding details can be included in a custom project. Send clear artwork, preferably AI, PDF or CDR where available, with the desired size and position. Laser marking, CNC engraving, raised or recessed details, and separate logo tags need method-specific feasibility review. Confirm legibility on the chosen surface and approve the placement. Additional tooling, marking, sample charges and MOQ are quoted for the project rather than assumed to be included.

Yes, component requirements can be included in a custom project. Provide dimensions, material, finish, connection points and any mating parts or physical references. Define the required opening, movement, fit and load performance. Approve an assembled sample and agreed functional tests: matching appearance alone does not guarantee that parts will work together.

Size and structure can be customized subject to feasibility. For necklaces and bracelets, state the base length, whether the clasp is included and any extender length. For rings, name the sizing system and confirm the agreed internal measurement. An adjustable design needs a defined usable size range and fit testing. “One size fits most” should not be used as an unlimited-fit promise.

Our primary stainless steel is 316L. Brass / Eco-Brass and zinc alloy are also available; titanium and 925 sterling silver are evaluated by project. If you need 304 or 904L stainless steel, confirm availability and process suitability before quoting. Choose by design, target price, weight, coating and expected use. 316L suits many durable everyday styles, brass is an option for detailed plated designs, and zinc alloy can suit complex shapes and volume production.

Titanium or silver are not automatic substitutes: tooling, structure, finishing and cost may change. Specify the exact grade and application for a project-specific feasibility review.

The design matters. Resin can be cast around or into metal features, while acrylic is often selected as a shaped component. Send the desired transparency, color, depth and metal connection so we can assess assembly and appearance.

Send the stone or pearl type, shape, dimensions, color, quality requirements and reference images. CZ / zirconia, crystals, pearls and semi-precious stone details can be discussed for suitable projects, but exact varieties, grades and supply must be confirmed. Review setting method, color variation, tolerances and stone-security requirements with the sample. Do not assume a natural-stone assortment will have identical color or pattern in every piece.

PVD deposits a coating in a vacuum and is commonly used for stainless steel jewelry. Electroplating deposits metal from a solution and is commonly used on brass and alloy. Choose the process together with the base material, color, coating specification and intended wear.

For stainless steel, standard PVD thickness is 0.03 μm, with upgraded custom specifications of 0.05–0.10 μm. Brass / alloy electroplating uses a separate 0.03–3 μm range. Ask which layer is measured and confirm the specification in the quote; values across different processes are not interchangeable.

Send your target gold tone, such as 14K or 18K color, and whether you want polished, matte, brushed or two-tone effects. Provide a physical reference where possible, confirm feasibility and approve each combination under consistent lighting. A K-gold color description alone does not establish gold content, coating thickness or texture.

E-coating is an optional protective coating available for plated brass and alloy. It can help protect the finish, but it is not included on every product by default. Include it in the agreed specification when required.

Performance depends on the base material, coating, construction, stones, adhesives, friction and care. Do not assume every design withstands water, sweat, perfume or repeated chemical exposure. Specify the intended use and agree relevant finished-product testing. No finish should be treated as a lifetime guarantee, and we do not promise a universal number of years for color retention. The 48–72-hour salt-spray reference depends on coating and test conditions; it is not a direct prediction of everyday wear life.

Use a soft cloth, store pieces separately and avoid abrasive cleaning and harsh chemicals. Care instructions should reflect the complete product, including stones, resin, leather and adhesives. Ask us to review care guidance for your selected construction.

Start with a design brief, reference files, dimensions, material and finish preferences, quantity, budget and delivery requirements. The project moves through feasibility review and quotation, CAD or drawing development where needed, design approval, sampling, physical sample review, order confirmation, production, inspection and shipment. Approve material, dimensions, finish, stone placement, logo and packaging together so the production reference is clear. Record approvals and revisions at each stage. Confirm payment milestones, testing and delivery terms before authorizing production.

The route depends on the shape: flat profiles may use laser cutting or stamping, while three-dimensional pieces may use casting or machining. Finishing, coating, assembly and inspection follow as required. The route should be selected for your actual design.

Tooling, casting, finishing and the difficulty of working the material affect the schedule. Deep details, thin sections and areas that are difficult to polish can add development work. Request a timeline based on the specific design rather than transferring a silver-jewelry schedule.

• CAD: timing is confirmed after design review; no fixed modeling lead time is specified.
• Existing-style samples: minimum 2–3 days when suitable styles or components are available.
• Custom samples: minimum 7–10 days after CAD approval.

Development complexity, revisions and sample delivery can add time. Confirm the schedule before planning a launch. Bulk production and repeat-order timing are explained in the next question.

• Standard bulk production: minimum planning range of 25–45 days after sample and order confirmation.
• Complex designs or larger orders: minimum planning range of 30–60 days.
• Stock and repeat orders: check schedules separately.

Sampling, transit and customs time are additional. Confirm the project schedule and work back from your required arrival date before planning a launch.

Expedited production has a minimum reference range of 10–18 days, with a reference rush surcharge of 30%. It depends on feasibility and production capacity. Only plan around an expedited date after it is confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice.

QC covers incoming materials, the first piece, in-process work, finished products and pre-shipment inspection. Dimensions, appearance, function and other agreed checks are compared with the approved specification and sample. Project-specific testing can include material composition, XRF / coating thickness, salt spray, nickel release, lead and cadmium, tensile strength, abrasion, temperature and humidity, vibration, function and stone security. Specify the market and intended use before quotation. Agree test scope, acceptance criteria, defect classifications, the sampling plan and any independent inspection before production; sampling does not guarantee zero defects.

AQL is used in an acceptance-sampling plan to decide whether a batch is accepted based on an inspected sample. Our stated levels are 2.5 / 4.0. Agree defect categories, inspection level, sample size and acceptance criteria before production. It is not a promise of zero defects.

It evaluates corrosion behavior under specified laboratory conditions. The 48–72-hour range depends on coating and agreed test conditions. It cannot be directly converted into a number of years of everyday wear.

316L identifies a stainless steel grade and contains nickel; it does not establish “nickel-free” or guarantee that every wearer will have no reaction. These claims require product-specific assessment. Specify the material grade, intended use and market, and agree finished-product nickel-release and relevant lead / cadmium testing. Confirm the tested product, report scope and wording supported by the results before making consumer-facing claims.

No. Factory audits and product testing serve different purposes. Haosen is a SEDEX / SMETA audited factory. Product test requirements must be matched separately to the actual material, coating, product type and destination market.

Reports are not automatic for every product. We support project-specific testing for relevant requirements such as EU REACH, California Proposition 65 and RoHS where applicable, as well as nickel release, lead and cadmium. EN 71 or ASTM testing can be requested. If you need EN 1811, a material certificate or a particular laboratory such as SGS, TÜV or Intertek, identify it before quotation so availability, scope, cost and timing can be confirmed.

Reports must relate to the tested product or material and applicable market requirements; a factory audit is not a product certification.

Yes, you can inquire about existing designs. Email service@96jewelry.com with the product category, material, style direction, target quantity and budget to request current references, photos and specifications. Send selected product references and quantities by style, size and color, plus any finish, logo or packaging changes. Confirm availability, MOQ and quotation, then review the sample or agreed specification and proforma invoice. If stock matters, request verified quantities and shipment timing. A website listing or catalog selection alone does not confirm inventory, price or a production slot.

Stock status and available quantities must be checked for the exact style, size and color. Ask whether the product is physically available, pre-produced but awaiting finishing, or made to order. Request a confirmed dispatch estimate for the specific quantity and any branding or packing work. The 2–3-day existing-style sample reference is not a universal stock-order shipment promise.

Options include OPP polybags, jewelry cards, velvet pouches, jewelry boxes, gift bags, tags, labels and polishing cloths. Custom branded packaging has a separate MOQ of 500 pieces per style, so a small jewelry order may not meet the packaging minimum. Send dimensions, artwork, material preferences, quantity and packing instructions for pricing. Confirm artwork, packing method and quantities together. Packaging cost and lead time are confirmed independently of the jewelry, and not every option is included in the unit price.

Send the destination country, postal code or named port, quantity and packaging requirements so the route, freight cost and estimated door-to-door transit time can be checked. Options include DHL, UPS, FedEx, air freight and sea freight, subject to destination and shipment requirements.

Cost and timing depend on packed weight, method and destination. Request an itemized quotation on the required delivery basis: EXW, FOB, DAP and DDP are subject to order confirmation; CIF availability needs a specific quote. Agree who arranges transport, customs clearance and duties or taxes in the proforma invoice.

Freight-inclusive pricing does not automatically cover every destination charge, and DDP or delivery to a specified warehouse must be confirmed for the order.

Amazon delivery requirements can be reviewed for bulk shipments, including agreed labeling and packing instructions. Our service focuses on B2B manufacturing and bulk supply. Individual customer dropshipping and automated Shopify fulfillment are not offered.

Inspect the shipment promptly and report issues within the applicable 7–15-day window after delivery. Provide the order reference, affected quantities and clear photos or videos. Returns, remakes, replacements or other remedies are reviewed against the order terms and evidence rather than promised automatically. Agree the resolution and any return instructions before sending goods back. Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days after approval.

Ask for a project-specific sourcing review before making recycled-content or sustainability claims. Specify the material, required recycled percentage, chain-of-custody evidence and certification you need. Availability and documentation must be confirmed for the selected supply and batch. A material-composition report alone does not establish recycled origin, recycled percentage or a sustainability certification.
