1. What materials do you use in your jewelry manufacturing?
We specialize in multi-material hybrid craftsmanship, providing ideal material combinations for global brands:
- Metals: 316L medical-grade stainless steel, Eco-Brass, zinc alloy, titanium, tungsten steel.
- Non-metals: Genuine leather, acrylic, resin, wood, ceramic.
- Gemstones & Setting: Expertise in hand-set micro-pavé techniques for semi-precious stones (agate, mother-of-pearl, tiger’s eye), crystals, pearls, and zirconia.
- Others: Sterling silver (925), pure copper.
Note: All materials comply with EU REACH and US CA Prop 65 regulations. Lead, cadmium, and nickel release tests are conducted to meet international jewelry safety standards.
2. What is your MOQ for custom jewelry manufacturing?
We offer flexible MOQs to support brands’ seamless transition from development to mass production:
- Regular designs: 30 pieces/pairs per style per color.
- Complex craftsmanship/custom molded styles: 200-500 pieces minimum (depending on complexity).
- Existing standard molds/stock components: 30 pieces/pairs minimum.
- Sample orders: 1 piece available.

3. How much does OEM jewelry production cost?
As an Sedex-audited factory, we deliver high cost-effectiveness through optimized supply chains. Pricing depends on materials, processes, plating, and quantity, typically ranging from $1 to $100.We will provide you with a free detailed quote—all we need is your design drawings, dimensions, and quantity.
4. Do you provide jewelry samples before bulk production?
Yes, we provide pre-production samples to ensure quality and design accuracy.
Sample Fee: Typically charged at 3x the unit price. This covers the manual labor and material costs for a single piece.
Custom Mold Fee: If your design requires a new mold, a one-time fee of $20–$180 is charged (most standard designs are around $60).

Lead Time: 2-3 days for existing styles; 7-10 days for custom designs after CAD approval.
5. Can I request samples based on reference images or sketches?
Yes. We can develop samples from your reference images or design sketches. Our technical team will conduct a feasibility evaluation and then create a professional CAD 3D drawing for your approval before proceeding with physical sample production.
6. How many revisions are allowed during the design and sampling stage?
3D Design/CAD Revisions: We offer 3 free 3D Design/CAD revisions. Any additional revisions beyond this will incur a design fee.
And Once the 3D Design/CAD drawing is confirmed and the mold-making process has begun, any requests to change the design will be subject to an additional mold fee and labor costs.
7. What is the lead time for bulk production?
- Standard Orders: Shipment within 25-45 days after payment confirmation.
- Complex Processes/Large Volumes: 30-60 days.
- Expedited Service: Can be shortened to 10-18 days (An additional 30% rush fee will be charged).
- Advantages: Standard lead time of approximately 25 days. Our team excels in customs clearance and maintains stable partnerships with UPS/FedEx for seamless global delivery.
8. What plating options do you offer?
Stainless Steel (PVD Vacuum Plating): A Titanium (Ti) base layer is applied to ensure maximum adhesion and prevent peeling.
Standard: 0.03μm
Custom: 0.06μm–0.1μm (High wear resistance) and passes 48–72 hour salt spray testing.
Brass & Alloy (Electroplating + E-Coating)
Plating thickness: (0.03μm–3μm).Electrophoretic Coating (E-Coating) to prevent oxidation and fading.
Color & Finish Palette Tones: 14K Gold, 18K Gold, Rose Gold, White Gold (Rhodium), Gun Black, and Antique Silver.
Styles: High-polish, Brushed, or Matte/Satin finishes.
Compliance & Safety Hypoallergenic: All layers are nickel-free and pass nickel release testing.
Standards: Fully compliant with EU REACH and CA Prop 65.
9. How do you control quality in bulk production?
- Incoming Material Inspection: Random sampling of all metal/stone components.
- Initial Production Inspection: Confirmation of the first piece from each batch.
- In-Process Inspection: 100% self-inspection by dedicated personnel at critical stages (e.g., hand-setting) to ensure no risk of gemstone detachment.
- Final Product Inspection: Comprehensive checks on functionality, appearance, plating adhesion, and gemstone security.
- Pre-shipment Sampling: An independent QC team of 8-12 inspectors enforces AQL standards, strictly controlling defect rates below 1%.
- Third-party inspection services available (client-funded).
10. Do you offer OEM and ODM jewelry services?
Comprehensive OEM/ODM support from concept to mass production:
- Design Customization: Create designs from provided sketches/samples with three free 3D revisions. Specialize in innovative combinations of leather, acrylic, and metal.
- Logo Customization: Laser engraving, mold embossing, or resin-filled logos.
- Packaging Customization: Velvet pouches, jewelry boxes, and cards with brand information printing.
- Core Competency: Founder-craftsman background with expertise in hand-set micro-inlay and stone setting (agate, mother-of-pearl, etc.).
11. What certifications and compliance documents can you provide?
As a SEDEX/SMETA ethical audit and SGS on-site audit factory, we provide a full suite of compliance documentation:
- 2025 SEDEX/SMETA Audit Report
- Material certification / composition test reports.
- Electroplating layer thickness test reports.
- Nickel release/lead-cadmium test reports (compliant with EU REACH & CA Prop 65).
- Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
Domestic Clients: Corporate bank transfer (VAT invoices available).
International Clients:
- Wire Transfer T/T (30% deposit, balance paid before shipment).
- Letter of Credit L/C at sight (for large orders).
- PayPal / Western Union (for small sample orders).

13. How do you protect custom designs and brand intellectual property?
We treat intellectual property with the highest priority. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any design files are shared. Your custom molds and drawings are exclusively yours and will never be used for other clients or displayed publicly without your explicit permission.
14. Do you offer packaging service?
Yes, we provide full support for custom branding to ensure your products are ready for the market:
- Customization: We can produce branded jewelry boxes, velvet pouches, gift bags, brand tags, and silver polishing cloths based on your design.
- Packing Service: We can pack the jewelry into your custom packaging according to your specific requirements (e.g., specific placement, adding tags or cards) before shipment.
- Packaging MOQ: Please note that the MOQ for custom branded packaging is 500 pieces per style.
15. Do you offer sustainable or recycled material options?
Yes. To support global brands in their sustainability goals, we offer specialized eco-friendly material solutions:
- Recycled 316L Stainless Steel: We can source recycled stainless steel that maintains the same medical-grade durability and corrosion resistance as virgin 316L, but with a reduced carbon footprint.
- Eco-Friendly Brass: We provide lead-free and cadmium-free Eco-Brass, sourced from suppliers who prioritize responsible metal recovery and refining.
- Traceability: All sustainable materials can be accompanied by material composition reports to ensure compliance with your brand’s green standards.
