Yes.We encourage pre-production samples to confirm quality.

• Existing Styles: One sample available at material cost + shipping (approximately ¥50–¥200), refundable upon bulk order placement.
• Custom Samples: Produced per drawings, subject to a prototyping fee (¥500-¥2000). Refundable upon reaching specified bulk order quantities.
• Lead Time: Existing samples ship within 2-3 days; custom samples require 7-15 days (including communication and confirmation).

1. Standard Orders: Shipment within 20-30 days after payment confirmation.
2. Complex Processes/Large Volumes: 30-60 days.
3. Expedited Service: Can be shortened to 10-18 days (An additional 30% rush fee will be charged).

To address fading concerns, we apply material-specific protective technologies:

• Coating thickness: Standard 0.03μ – 0.05μ; upgradable to 0.1μ.
• Color options: 14K/18K gold, white gold, rose gold, antique silver, gun black, brushed/matte finish.
• Anti-rust technology:
  (1) Stainless steel: Utilizes PVD vacuum plating (0.03-0.1μm), passing 48-hour salt spray testing.
  (2) Copper/Alloy: Features a professional electrophoretic coating (E-Coating) over genuine gold plating (0.03-3μm), forming an “invisible barrier” against oxidation.
• Safety: All skin-contact layers pass nickel release testing, meeting European and American standards.

We firmly believe that “consistent quality secures the future” and implement comprehensive quality control throughout the entire process:

1. Incoming Material Inspection: Random sampling of all metal/stone components.
2. Initial Production Inspection: Confirmation of the first piece from each batch.
3. In-Process Inspection: 100% self-inspection by dedicated personnel at critical stages (e.g., hand-setting) to ensure no risk of gemstone detachment.
4. Final Product Inspection: Comprehensive checks on functionality, appearance, plating adhesion, and gemstone security.
5. Pre-shipment Sampling: An independent QC team of 8-12 inspectors enforces AQL standards, strictly controlling defect rates below 1%.

As a SEDEX/SMETA ethical audit and SGS on-site audit factory, we provide a full suite of compliance documentation:

• Material certification / composition test reports.
• Electroplating layer thickness test reports.
• Nickel release/lead-cadmium test reports (compliant with EU REACH & CA Prop 65).
• Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin.
• Product Safety Standard Certificates (e.g., EN71; ASTM requires advance notice).

All documents are provided in both Chinese and English versions and can be coordinated with third-party inspections.
